The primary focus of the Meters Application Specialist encompasses resolving customer issues involving application and software installs while being responsible for the collection data from customers through continually customer outreach via telephone or in person.

This role will be responsible for ensuring the consistent availability and uptime of our customers machines and applications while potentially traveling throughout Sacramento to visit customer location and have an in-person presence whenever phone outreach is unsuccessful. 

This is a strong customer service and technical position that requires an individual with patience yet a steadfast approach to solving problems and maintain a consistent phone call volume.


 Major Responsibilities:

  • Software troubleshooting and configuration
  • General network troubleshooting
  • Monitor and Review service history for meters
  • Contact customers to collect required data via telephone and/or in person
  • Various other tasks as assigned


 Basic Requirements

  • Entry-Level to Intermediate technical background
  • Strong Network & PC/Mac knowledge
  • Software applications support
  • Windows office applications
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, including listening and questioning.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • +Basic knowledge of IP addresses, subnets, and proxies.
