Supporting the Sales Teams at an administrative level which includes getting sales orders credit approved, delivered, invoiced and funded by our 3rd party leasing partners. 

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills and expertise: 

Customer Focus and Sales Orientation

•             Ability to manage customer expectations with ease and confidence

•             Drives exceptional customer value by partnering with sales consultants and following up on various account details.

•             Is a trusted advisor to both internal & external customers

•             Work closely with assigned sales team to make sure paperwork on all orders is completed accurately and in timely manner.

•             Communicates with preferred leasing companies to receive best available financing.

•             Be aware of the status of all pending orders.


Planning & Organizing

•             Is able to manage multiple responsibilities as they relate to customer requirements, reporting and communications

•             Takes responsibility for delivering requirements on time and with a high degree of quality.

•             Process equipment orders and enter them into our computer system.

•             Enter data into computer system so info is downloaded daily into our sales database.

•             Responsible for equipment inventory status and tracking.

•             Is aware of the status of all pending sales orders/ leases.

•             Responsible for disposition of equipment traded up/bought out and authorizing payment to close out existing accounts.  This task is very time sensitive.


Desired experience:

•             1-2+ years working in an office environment

•             Professional poise and strong communication skills

•             2 or 4 year college degree preferred

•             Is deadline driven with solid organizational and time management skills

•             Pays attention to detail with the ability to multi-task with little to no errors

•             Ability to speak, read, and write English

•             Possesses solid math and analytical skills and is comfortable learning new technology and/or software

•             Experienced in MS Office Suite with advanced knowledge of Excel and E-Automate experience a plus!!

•             Must be able to and be comfortable with sitting for extended periods of time yet also occasional bending and kneeling during inventory

•             Overtime may be required along with traveling to offsite meetings, trainings, etc.. on an occasional basis
